permitted to take part in the association's events, activities and games, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby forever release, discharge and hold harmless Cross Country Canada, Southern Ontario Division and The Trakkers Cross Country Ski Club, its directors, officers, employees, representatives or agents from any claims under the Family Law Act of Ontario
or any similar legislation.  I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Cross Country Canada, Southern Ontario Division and to participate in the events, activities and games sanctioned by Cross Country Canada, Southern Ontario Division in accordance with the Association's rules, regulations and by-laws.
