Members of Trakkers Cross-country Ski Club are invited to the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday April 6th. Operational and financial reports for the year will be presented and directors will be elected at this meeting.

Nominations are now open for the positions on the 2010 – 2011 Board of Directors. Nominations may be made to the Nominations Committee (see below). Please note that the person being nominated must expressly consent to the nomination. Voting may be in person or by proxy. Members can find a Nomination and Consent form and a Proxy form on the Trakkers web-site at www.trakkers.ca
